came back from a MM break.
Was on this site for 2 years before I started modelling. Phew it's a hard site. There's so many mean people on it! When I started modelling I gave up, as I'd never got a shoot booked and eventually forgot my password. Anyways I'm back, wondering if you guys are still as mean and blunt as ever, and I asked for a critique. Nothing! No replies. Some people's critiques how pages of replies and yet mine doesn't even have one. Why is this? Because I'm a newbie? Hmpg. Kitty. Don't forget, for every asshole there is someone who thinks their shit don't stink. There are people who get off on going after other people, and feeling proud or getting respect for their ability to get away with putting someone in their place, or giving them what they think is deserved. That was certainly the culture of the site, and I'm not sure how much that mentality has changed. Do your best to focus on the good people, and try to ignore the bad ones. You might receive a starting point, but critiques are best given when there's a time lapse from when you start to when you're asking. Shoot for about 6 months then come back and ask for a critique so we can see a progression and offer insight. I'd ventured to say you're not ready for a critique.
