Just to update my progress on my recovery to those who are interested.  The leg injury has heald totally, and the crossfit training is coming along very well.  March has past, however I am gonna push it (the workout) up a notch.  On the Market for whatever comes by the end of April.  Thanks for your patience and all my love to ya
