A quick note for all those who are outside my 'network'. Thank you for 'Tags' and other messages you send to me. I would respond, but Model Mayhem does not allow me to send messages to people outside my network. And as a freelance part time photographer, I can not afford to buy MM's premium service. NOTE: As of this time, I am not taking on any more photo gigs. Between Covid, family health issues, and the present economy, I have shifted over to only doing personal art projects.

I consider myself to be an artistic photographer. That is, I photograph to create art. Whether or not I'm good is yet to be determined.

My photo/art interests right now include:
_Fantasy and SciFi themes with non-nude, semi-nude, or implied nude models.
_Wild or out-of-this-world locations.
_Real faces and real bodies...To me, that means NO makeup.
_Extreme makeup...So much and so colorful that you have trouble seeing the model beneath the makeup.
_Also, all the ranges of makeup between none and extreme.
_Pinup style photography.
_Models that can laugh, cry, frown, smile, tease, etc. for the camera. I think photo sessions should be fun. Or at least enjoyable.
_Candid photography…Real life activities as they happen. (Not ‘Reality Show’ drama, just real people having fun.)

At this time, I am doing all my own ReTouching.

Current and Future Projects:
I need upper torso and full body shots in fantasy and/or SciFi garb for some RPG gaming art.
I also need some head and full body, 360 degree, semi-nude fantasy and/or SciFi photo sequences for some computer game graphic art.
I need some ‘no-makeup’ faces and torsos, in semi-nude or implied nude, for some fantasy art about Centaurs. When the art is done, the models will be the upper bodies of the centaurs.
I’m looking to do some pinup style with fantasy and SciFi themes.


Compensation:
I believe models should be compensated for their time.

But, at this time, (me being semi-retired) and the present economy, it is still severely limiting what I can pay. For my projects, a small stipend and CD and/or prints are all I can afford for now.

If you’re paying me to shoot a project for you, you own the rights to the photos.

Otherwise, I retain full ownership of and rights to the images, but will provide full self promotion and printing rights to the model.


Me and my background:
I’ve been taking photos for nearly 50 years. In the last 5 years, I have taken over 25,500 pictures. (That’s not really very many. An average of about 14 pics per day.)

I have taken a couple of collage level photography classes, but I am still an amateur. By that, I mean that I don’t make a living, I don’t even make a profit, selling my photos/art. I want to expand my knowledge and experience and do more artsy photography.

I have little experience with paid models so please bare with me if I do things different than you’re used to.

Also, don’t be afraid to offer me suggestions. I am willing to learn.

I have had some experience both as a wedding/event photographer and as a wedding videographer.

P.S. 'Why are all my photos marked as mature?' If 'The Powers That Be' want to get nit-picky, all my models are nude with cloth covering parts that might be objectionable to 'some people'.
