Hello Michael,

I'm thinking of opening up a Studio dedicated to local photographers here in PSL. I'm inquiring to see if there would be a demand for such a studio. I know there are a lot of details to yet be set in stone but I'm looking for an honest answer if you or other photographers you know in the area would be interested in joining the studio.

I'm trying to target monthly dues around $50 per month per member. Much like a "GYM" or "Club" membership. This would allow you access to studio time each month for your personal or business ventures. The size and amenities of the studio will greatly depend on the interest and demand from pre-enrollments.

I know that I have let a lot of questions unanswered but those blanks will be filled in due time.
