In the spring of 2005, model agent and fashion expert Monica Boselli founded No Ties Management. Her idea was to create a modeling agency in Southern California that could train and teach new talent how to become a professional working model, with the confidence and skills to perform successfully among the most competitive and prestigious fashion markets in the world.
