EXPERIENCE MEETS CREATIVITY

In 2005 I started my career as make-up artist in Cologne, Germany. My professional involvement has led to working mainly for photographers but also for various corporate event presentations, mainstream television, music video productions and independent theatre productions.

Dedicated on further following my professional career path I moved to London in 2009. I am focused on taking my work to another level and taking on new challenges within the industry.

I am competent in all the relevant techniques in make-up, hair styling including hair up, hair pieces & wigs, body painting, airbrush make-up, special effect make-up like bald heads and scars. My personal style has grown into a skill set with regards to the design and production of head dresses.

Furthermore, as a lecturer, I have been engaged for the last 3 years in structuring classes and work shops at a renowned make-up and special-make-up academy “die maske” in Cologne. Lecturing remits have included historical period classes in make-up and hairstyling, airbrush make-up techniques, mask making and Photoshop software appliance.

With empathy, creativity and high grade even under time pressure I am a dedicated team player and I am able to give my personal contribution into the growth of a project.
The ability to identify with customers, uphold strict timelines, work in a structured and organised manner, but at the same time remain emotionally attached to my professional work has brought me wide recognition in Cologne – one which I would like to extend to London.
