Erica’'s career in the makeup industry started at the very young age of 18 years old. During her freshman year in college, working as a lifeguard in Florida she was scouted by a Clinique regional manager, because of her "“fresh look"” to become a sales associate for Clinique.

Erica learned the fundamentals of skincare and began networking with national makeup artists from companies like Christian Dior, YSL, and Estee Lauder. She was taken under the wings of the best artists in America and developed her unique creative eye for makeup artistry.

In 1999 Erica joined the artistry team at MAC Cosmetics moved to Manhattan and graduated with a B.S degree in Int’l Trade and Marketing from F.I.T. She remained an artist with MAC until 2005.

Since then, her experiences envelop both the corporate and creative sides of the cosmetic industry. Her work includes personal appearances on QVC, featured work on HBO and Telemundo, Allure Korea as well as runway and editorial shoots.
