If you are trying to book a TF shoot with me, don't come to me with some bogus idea or no idea at all. If your best idea is taking pictures of girls in their underwear and there's no story or no concept other than that, then you're probably a pretty shitty photographer.
Be descriptive. Inspire me.
It's much better to know what to expect.

Obviously, I would prefer paid work and my rates are very reasonable, but if I like the idea and work of the photographer, I MAY be willing to shoot for prints.
