Makeup Artistry by Ammara Rana offers various services in the beauty industry. Being multi-cultured, Ive learned a lot about perception and how important it is to look your best. Taking both cultures into consideration, being raised in America yet keeping my Pakistani culture very close to me, my work shows the versatility that has been instilled in me. My main goal in Makeup Artistry is enhance one's beauty and not change how you look. I love to create vibrant looks and immaculate designs that are to die for! I started out with Elizabeth Arden, working on Home-coming/Prom/Wedding events for about a year. Since then Ive been free-lancing in MD/DC/VA area.
My most recent work includes various fashion shoots of eastern clothing, however my work has included, western/eastern brides, prom, party events and I do hair on the side. In the field of beauty, u can never learn enough, and any challenge turns out to be the best experience u can have!
