BENEFITING CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK

THE COLLECTIONS FASHION SHOW VOL. 1, Saturday April 9, 2011

Showcase Collections
Application Fee-$100.00
(Early Bird reduced rate now thru Jan. 15, 2011)*Regular price $150 starting January 16, 2011

Rules of the Collections Fashion Show:
1. All designers are required to pay a $100.00 application fee.
2. All designers are required to showcase a minimum of 5 pieces but no more than 10 pieces for The Collections FashionShow.
3. All designers are required to sale a minimum of 10 tickets priced at $20.00 per ticket for the Collections Fashion Show. All ticket monies due no later than March 26, 2011.
4. All designers are required to donate a piece from their collections to be auctioned at The Collections Fashion Show. 100% of auction proceeds will be given to Children’s Miracle Network.
5. All designers will be granted a maximum of 2 all access passes if needed. (team assistants) A list of all names should be provided to The Collections Fashion Show Board no later than March 26, 2011.
6. All designers are responsible for models. There will be a casting (date to be announced) held for models to those designers that prefer The Collections Fashion Show Models. All makeup will be controlled by Motives Cosmetics and no other MUA can be backstage or a vendor. All hair styling will be controlled by Paul Mitchell Partner School and no other hairstylists will be allowed backstage.
7. All designers are required to attend mandatory dress rehearsals unless you are a designer coming from overseas or out of state. A schedule will be provided to all designers no later than January 31, 2011.
