Jennifer attended the University of St. Thomas, majoring in Broadcast Journalism with minors in Business Administration and Political Science.

She was a Data Entry Clerk/Runner at the Associated Press Election Center. Jen participated in the Washington Journalism Semester program at American University. While in Washington, she worked as a Production Assistant/Researcher at C-SPAN. Jennifer participated in the University of St. Thomas London Business Semester. She worked at the London Student Newspaper as a General Assignment Reporter covering stories such as anti-war protests and meth addiction. Before arriving in London, she took part in a pre-tour through Europe, travelling in France, Belgium, and Holland. She was a part of the Pilgrimage to Italy program visiting basilicas in Rome, Siena and Assisi.

As a junior in college, Jennifer landed a job at WCCO-TV as an Assistant Producer/Copy Editor. After graduation, Jen worked at KSTP-TV as a News Producer/Political Producer. She produced the political show At Issue and the noon newscast. She led Public Relations and Media Relations for The Reeher Group, a private marketing firm. Jen worked with radio personality Chris Carr at K102 conducting research and interacting with listeners. She covered the political beat working for KARE 11 TV. Jen was responsible for managing the office and all communications for a senior level senator at the MN State Senate. Jen supported MPR The Current 89.3 live broadcast programs and staffed community events.

Jen is the Executive Producer of SPNN's music entertainment show, Plugged In. The show covers local and national acts. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas Project Management, Business Communications, Marketing Management, MBA, Transformative Social Media Strategies, Internet Marketing Essentials, Effective Product and Marketing Management and Next Generation Critical Leadership Skills programs.

I am very passionate about television hosting and have interviewed hundreds of subjects including music artists, politicians, media professionals and members of the public. I worked as Sephora's Personal Beauty Advisor where I was trained and certified as a Color Expert, Skincare Expert and Class Facilitator by the industry greats like Dany Sanz of MAKEUP FOR EVER and Anastasia Soare of Anastasia Beverly Hills. As a PBA, I was trained, tested and certified every year in Color, Skincare, Haircare, Fragrance, Nailcare and Bodycare. Won two Sephora awards for my work implementing the PBA and Sephora Beauty Client Classes in our store. As a Full-Time Beauty Advisor at Nordstrom Estée Lauder I was trained in product knowledge and client service at Estée Lauder day-long trainings. Was know for my positive and professional interaction with clients. Took great pride in making countless clients feel special. Won Employee of the Month during first month of working for LUSH Cosmetics as a Sales Ambassador for my consistent high sales and return clients.
