Johnsie Gunter, professional hairstylist and make-up artist has been in the entertainment industry for many years. First as a professional singer, cellist, and song writer traveling the world, and eventually delving deeper into the art of hairstyling. Setting the platform for more artistry in the world of fashionable hair and make-up.

In 2000 Johnsie became a platform artist for hair care lines such as Straight Request, and Wella, and now her own line Peace Within by Johnsie, to name a few. Now owning a salon with the same name, Peace Within by Johnsie Salon ,does she continue to paint a canvas for the industry as the educator and creative pioneer she is.

Today, Johnsie does styling for many entertainers, fashion shows and upcoming runway shows. Believing in what she does, coupled with creativity makes her on point with her work. Success is always inevitable.
