I'm Jake.... I like to go hiking and all water sports. I used to be a competition swimmer and cross country runner. I love being outdoors and enjoying nice weather. I'm a bit of extremest; I also race motocross and will do practically anything..I have been model for sometime now and have done various types of shoots...I have also done Runway.. and a few fashion trade shows..
