Hailing from the darkened streets of New York City comes forth Baron Misuraca -- alternative model, comic book icon, vocalist, actor, musician and composer.

Known for his brooding baritone voice and floor length hair, Baron has certainly left his indelible mark within the realm of the Goth subculture and beyond. He has performed to audiences the world over with his musical projects - the renowned metal band Vasaria, a solo Gothic electronica/ stage show spectacle and a vampiric lounge act featuring the works of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin.

Baron has been featured on the Oddities TV show, MTV, The Discovery Channel, in independent film projects, and within the pages of publications such as "The Vampyre Almanac," "Orkus" magazine, "Gothic Beauty" and "OUI." He has worked with acclaimed photographers Anneli Adolfsson and Aaron Cobbett and designers Steven Sprouse and the Baroness, to name a few, and has had several images licensed for print and online projects. Other credits include work for Getty Images and Heineken.

The comic book genre is a personal passion for Baron. He has worked as a model for DC artist Alex Horley and has been featured as himself in titles from Peregrine Entertainment and Vamperotica. This year Baron released "In Flesh and Spirit," an all new series of his own which he writes, stars in and is the publisher of.
