About Me

He has played football, basketball, and ran track throughout hislife. In 2001 he was the 20th fasted high school sprinter in California. He played professional football from 2005-2008. Darrell has played professional football for the Montreal Allouettes (Canadian Football League), Arizona Rattlers and for the San Jose Sabercats (Arena Football League). He has worked with some of the most prestigious strength coaches in the country during his professional football career and credits his wide range of knowledge to those experiences. Now he spends his life sharing his knowledge and helping motivated people reach the fitness goals they set forth.
