Dark Knits is a company which is fronted by an established, self employed Buisness woman, Artist and designer. Specializing in leather corsetry since 2007.
All the magic happens in a private studio located in edmontons beautiful west end, everything is designed and sewn from start to completion by Nicole, the brains and the brawn behind Dark Knits.
We're tons of fun and creative and a little bit (ok, maybe a lot) crazy. We don't play well with divas or drama queens. Leave your attitude and apprehensions at the door and we promise the results will be AMAZING!
We believe everyone is beautiful in thier own way, and for that reason, we dont limit our sizing at all. We have experience creating unique and amazing pieces for both men and women in ALL sizes... we can bring out that inner beauty!

ABOUT:
Dark Knits, the brainchild of Nicole from Edmonton, AB was founded in 2007. Nicole has always had a knack for artistic creations in all forms of media. Whether it be drawing, painting, sewing or metal fabrication she tackles each one with a drive most of us could only wish for.

Dark Knits began as an idea. The idea was that a local edmonton based company could design and manufacture styles popular in european gothic nightclubs and fetish bars. You probably know the style. The baggy pants with the straps and buckles and zippers strewn about them and the tight busty leather corsets that made women “more desirable” while being fashionable at the same time. A few trials on her own physique and a few more on some of her friends and Dark Knits became a business.

Dark Knits specializes in custom corsetry for any size body, Custom clubwear and accessories. We are one of the leading designers in Edmonton and have a customer base that spans the globe. Our innovative designs are carefully tested for quality and performance. We use steel boning in all our corsets and quality threads and stitching in all our designs.
