My name is Erik, aka Edog. I am a commercial photographer that comes from the Milwaukee area. I do family and senior portraits, but my passion is for fine art, black and white images of women and really fit men with a lot of skin showing.

One of my main strengths is my lighting. I use my lighting to create a mood, whether that mood is a playful one or more of a sexy one, all situations have different lighting scenarios.

I love using natural light and the environment along with artificial lighting and reflectors/subtractors to create my images. Thus, for now, I am looking for models that are willing to do racy shots outdoors, preferably early in the morning (4:30 ish call time). We will find discreet locations, but there may be a possibility of a passerby, please be aware of this. We will try to avoid this.

I am also interested in black and white situational portraits around the house, for instance, getting ready for work or making eggs in the kitchen while smoking a cigarette...

Women, you should be able to wear lingerie comfortably or being nude but having all parts covered, either by the angle shot, hands, piece of cloth, ect. Many shots will be shot barefoot but occasionally stilettos may be required. These images are going to have posing resembling high fashion couture shots, therefore, the poses may be uncomfortable. I also want to do many body part shots, mainly capturing texture and shape much like Weston's black and white peppers.

Men, you should be really fit and muscled, and willing to do no shirt shots. Fully nude male shots may happen, depending on the look of the model and how comfortable the model is. Again, all genitals will be covered.

Finally, I am looking for beautiful couples willing to do outdoor shots. These will be fully nude.

I use many different techniques to create out of the ordinary shots. These include using plastic lenses such as lens babies or post processing by creating shallow depth of field or using various photoshop filters. All images are retouched and all blemishes removed prior to showing the image to the public.

I went to school at the Art Institute of Chicago and went to Brooks Institute of Photography for my masters. The reason for shooting only black and white is because I do not want colors to distract from the beauty of the lighting and the models. I am interested in beautiful, rich looking shots using lighting to accent shapes while using artificial light to open up shadows.
