Cesar Abreu is a native of Puerto Rico. Mr. Abreu was exposed to make up and its techniques at an early age. As a performing artist he developed a fascination for make-up early on and its capacity to change, mold and transform. Mr. Abreu has worked professionally as a make-up artist for Lancome and M.A.C Cosmetics. His work has been featured in concerts, weddings, magazines and shows includin New York Fasion Week. He hopes that he can further his portfolio and contacts in the industry through this site.
