You are lovely, but you need to relax and just have fun on a shoot. Don't be scared. I know this sounds crazy, but practice expressions and poses in a mirror. That should start to help you. Every model starts out new and they needed to practice too, so don't feel like practicing to model in front of a camera is BS. To be good you need to work at it.
