I am an avid photographer, front-end software engineer, world traveller, former actor, and karaoke regular.

People have always been my favourite subject: performance, candids (at events and in everyday life), etc. I've been itching to expand my horizons in a more portrait-y direction for awhile now, but lacking the creative spark that collaboration with a talented model and others can bring. I am self-taught, always learning, and enjoy the iterative process of artistic expression.

I am not looking to create a business from photography, and consider myself a strict amateur (in the accurate sense of the term, one who pursues an activity on an unpaid basis). I love photography too much to become burdened by compensatory issues. Time is valuable (yours and mine), so I will only commit to projects I believe in.
