Photography is something I have committed myself to since I was 16 years old. I have tried so many types of photography and it has all been appealing to me. I also know there are many other never ending avenues to travel down. I am in the process of getting a KAP set up. I haven't worked with models for a couple of years. i have been working on travel and concert photography. Currently I am working with models to eliminate the backlog of ideas that have been adding up in the last couple of years. Every model I have worked with has always appreciated how easy going I am at the shoot. I never put pressure on anyone as far as time or direction. I realize the model is part of the shoot and they can bring further ideas to the table and lead a shoot in a direction not intended that has great results. I love digital photography and utilize it a lot but I truly enjoy film work. All my personal projects are usually shot with film. I am an extensive traveler. I have been to 26 countries and counting. I have also shot and done video work for several US and european concert tours.

Now this is the exciting thing I am currently working on. I recently purchased a beautiful 1966 airstream and loaded it with all my gear. I am traveling throughout the states, photographing everything, seeing friends and meeting new ones.

As far as photographing models goes I truly believe that if you have a specific shoot or idea you are trying to convey then that still camera shot is like a movie shoot. The model needs to find that character he/she is searching for and become that person, or thing for that matter. It really is like acting when it comes to nailing down a great idea. And this goes for the photographer as well. Creating that world and helping the model get there is my job. I love to work with people on their ideas as well.

I have worked with many people over the years and remain friends with all of them. I do not do photography for a living and I hope I never have to. I was a graphic designer for awhile and that made me never want to work on my own art for many years. I don't want that to happen with photography. I am always looking for new faces but my work is usually not paid gigs. I do make exception sometimes but it is usually trade. There are always people out there who are willing to help an idea come to life without money involved. So if you need a photographer who doesn't worry about how strange anything sounds or how crazy your idea might be I am that guy. Let's work on it and see what happens. That's about it I guess except to sum up that I am up for any type of shoot or project, I love collaborating with people and willing to travel anywhere. I LOVE photography of all sorts. This is what I will do until I die.
