I'm an art student at Peck School of the Arts, and majoring in painting. I'd still consider myself rather amateur, and am always looking for opportunities to practice and improve my work. I'm trying to move towards a focus on using models, since I find people to be the most interesting and challenging subject to portray. I prefer to take staged photos then have the model pose throughout the painting process as I feel it is less arduous and time consuming for both myself and the model this way; and because I'm trying to work my way towards making photorealistic paintings (but that may take some time). From joining this site I hope to get some input from site members on their thoughts as to how I might improve my work (any helpful feedback would be welcome), as well as to possibly help find models for paintings.
