I believe in a minimalist approach. Lighting, editing . . . the more we add to the natural state of a model, the less her personal poetry comes through. This is not an absolute stance, and well done, enhancements can be made without interfering with an expression – but a light hand is needed.
My work is mostly for private individuals, and so I maintain a limited representation here. I am much less concerned with the commercial success it brings than the personal expression it allows, primarily for the model, and only secondarily for the photographer.
