Thomas has been working as a fine art and commercial photographer for over 20 years. His work has been honored both nationally and internationally: Once in the PhotoGraphis Awards Annual which honors the best in international photography. He was honored as one of the best photographers in America in the hardbound annual American Photography #11 and #12 #23 #28. The 1998 awards include 2 gold awards from the Philly Art Directors club and his fine art promo cards came in 2nd place nationally in the Nikon/PDN Awards. In 2004 he was honored by the International Photography Awards. In 2008 he was honored 2nd place in the world by the World Photography Awards in Cannes. His work is in the Collections of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Museum of Fine Arts Houston and numerous public and private collections around the world.
