About Me

James Davies is an artist living in Toronto Canada working primarily with music and photography. His photography is primarily fictional and narrative in nature and draws lighting, and colour from much of the photographic conventions of cinema. His interest in the arts is not limited to photography and is reflected in his work which spans of film, photography, and music. Jamie is currently exploring documentary and travel within Canada, and how this subject matter can inform his current practice.
