For about 10 years I have been photographing the figure in nature - nudes on rocks, in woods, and especially in water. For the work in water, I photograph in quarries where I can stand on a cliff and completely change the viewer's perspective by shooting directly down into the water.

I am looking for models who are comfortable nude, and who are especially comfortable in the water - swimming on the surface and just beneath the surface. My work has always been a joint effort between me and the models, so it is important that the models are interested in this kind of photography and are willing to provide ideas.

During the past ten years my work has been shown in more than 20 group shows throughout the country, and in close to a dozen solo or featured-artist shows.
