Meet Fred.
Fred is results oriented, customer-focused, and solutions-driven professional with successful track record of leading guests toward meeting their personal styling objectives and exceeding customers’ expectations. A talented mentor, adept at building positive relationships with guests and staff. Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers, with impeccable integrity and work ethic. He is creative, innovative and forward-thinking; adept at handling complex styling and design challenges with thoughtful, clearly defined strategies.
This is a second career for him as he quit a lucrative and successful career of 25 years to follow his passion in hair design and styling. He completed his initial training at Paul Mitchell the School in Tampa. He was a top graduate, earning the respect and admiration of his fellow classmates and learning leaders. He received awards for; Most Professional, Phase Two, Be Nice team, and was a Core mentor.
The Most Professional award is given to only one graduate in each graduating class and speaks for itself. The award for Phase Two is given to those who give a little more, and work extra hard to achieve a higher level of excellence than average, and are hand picked by the Phase Two Coordinator. The Be Nice team promotes making people feel special. As a Core Mentor (Core is the first 6 weeks of basic class room training at a Paul Mitchell school) Fred assisted the Learning leaders and provided a positive example for the Core Class.
Fred Says “I want to make the world a better place, one hair style at a time. You know that when you look good you feel great. When you feel great you go out into the world as a better person. As a better person you can’t help but to make your world a better place.
