I was recommended to join this sight by a make up artist I recently worked with, so I thought I'd take the input. I have been doing photography as my career for about a year and a half now; with most of that experience in wedding, portrait, and editorial/event photography. The irony is, I originally got into photography with an emphasis on sports photography, but I find that I love shooting portraits and families, as well as my current focus: headshots!

It's been such a great career change; as my previous decade was in business management in an office in Santa Monica. I love that I don't have to deal with the traffic on the 405 every day! Most shoots I do are in the South Bay, but I also have jobs that require travel. I love working in the field and using nature as my backdrop, and will soon be setting up my home studio for more control over the elements. (As I'm sure you can relate, it's tough to get through a photo shoot when you're being sandblasted by the beach!)

I like to have fun and make friends along the way. I'm always on the lookout for talented and reliable make-up artists to work with since they're hard to find. I love networking and staying connected, so I'm sure I'll get to know you more online; and hopefully in person soon!
