I am a 30 year old photographer from Guatemala, currently living in New York City.
I have been taking professional photographs for the past 10 years, even though I started my career as a photographer by chance, I actually went to Law School (UFM) and eventually to graduated in 08, but I had realised before that law was not my passion. After deciding to try out journalism since it runs through my families vanes, I had the opportunity of working as a photo journalist for over a year in one of Guatemala´s Largest Newspapers. Thats when I became aware of my passion for photography.

I eventually moved to NY in 09 to study acting and Film, where I attended the Lee Strasberg Theater and film Institute.

During these past three years in New York I have worked freelance for various clients, like The New York Times, Barneys, Century 21 (dept. stores), One Kings Lane, Major League Soccer, Sheraton Hotels, Etc.

I am skilled in all camera techniques and processes, as well as have ample experience in photographic equipment. Moreover, I am very talented in taking photos, have a great eye for photos, and work within tight deadlines.
