About Me

Daniel Topete is a California based lifestyle and documentary photographer. During his studies at Fresno State University he became fascinated with the ability to capture a moment in time. Through the use of an ex-girlfriend's camera which he took over as his own, a formative experience evolved into the passion which drives him today.

Daniel has worked primarily on the West Coast, from San Francisco to Los Angeles into the heart of Mexico. His assignments range from editorial portraiture to documenting youth culture to visually transcribing the live music landscape.
