My interest in photography was sparked at an early age by my father - himself a passionate photographer. I studied Art and Photography at college and found my first job in the industry. What was surprising I suppose, was that I then moved into the IT industry. In 2004 I decided to return to the industry and set up my photography business. www.martinedwards-photography.com

I took the decision to retrain and update my skills with some of the leading photographers in the industry today and I became a member of the SWPP (Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers) http://www.swpp.co.uk I am passionate about the quality I deliver to my clients, so in January 2011 I submitted my first panel for qualification and was delighted to receive my Licentiate - judged by some of the best photographers in the industry, this gives you peace of mind about the standard of my work.

My style is to capture the natural characteristics of the individual that reflects their personality rather than capturing a likeness. I constantly challenge myself by pushing the boundaries with personal projects.

In addition to our Wedding and Portrait business we also shot Commercial, Editorial and Product photography. This work is varied and I'm continuously looking for new team members (models, hair, makeup and styling) to help make theses assignments successful.
