About Me

My name is Joshua "Jos" N. Banks. I have a visual/ performing artist & model. I studied musical theater and costume design at Millikin University in Decatur, IL. I am currently a full time artist (performer/ model) in Chicago, IL. Making a name for myself, I plan to launch my brand sometime this fall 2012. I also do a lot of personal styling work, booking clientele and styling them for events or even photo shoots for themselves. I have recently been nominated for a BTAA (Black Theatre Alliance Award) as "Best Costume Designer of a Musical" for the 2011- 2012 Season, this being my first attempt since college ward-robing an entire cast of 65 plus. God is a remarkable wonder, and I take no credit for any of his doing. All I can do is stay humble, patient and faithful and I know he will continue to pull through for me as he always has.
