I've been drawing off and on 30 years, My Fascination is the Human Face, I've drawn Friends family, total strangers in the Cafe; for the last 5 years my work has largely focused on Cafe drawing, and the uploaded photos are examples of that work.

I've reached a point where to grow, and do more original work, it makes sense for me to begin working with professional models; I am interested in doing some work set in some of the beautiful parks in the area, and some staged Cafe pieces in the appropriate setting on off hours; drawing and/or taking photos (your welcome to share).

For me the photo is never the finished work, only a promise of a finished work. I have a love of graphite, how it feels in ones hand, how it looks on the paper, little subtleties that in my less capable hands the camera seldom pics up; but I believe I might learn how to better communicate my work through contact with members of this forum.
