About Me

I am a triathlete when I am not an engineer. I have goals to aspire to be the best I can be in the sport of triathlon. The many benefits of being a hardcore athlete is the physique that it give you. I believe in eating healthy and maintaining a balanced diet. I also workout on average about 13 hours a week.
