Hello, my name is Emmanuelle Knights, this blog was created to chart the progress of my first publication. The idea is to have a book released by the end of 2012 (Working title is 'The Three Colours Erotic') and I would like some feed back as it begins to take shape. So on this blog you will find contact prints, interviews, final images, photoshop, rough sketches, etc.




I photograph with a Leica M4, I am currently using only a 50mm lens and I shoot on a combination of films using a combination of different developers to make the final image. Once the negatives have been archived I scan them into the computer and perform final tweaks and edits if necessary. I enjoy using modern digital techniques but really appreciate the craftsmanship of analogue photography when I’m taking the photos.
