Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, fashion has always played a role in my lifestyle. Most importantly, the women who portrayed my favorite fashions so effortlessly inspired me to always be effortless in my daily life. Although I earned my degree in Public Relations from Clark Atlanta University, modeling has always been an inner desire of mine that I have never let all the way out the bag. I've been a fit model for up and coming designer and model Theary Sim. As well I've done promotional photo shoots for an online magazine I wrote and edit for Socialtik Mag. In joining Model Mayhem, I am looking to broaden my network in the modeling industry, get BOTH of my feet wet and, most importantly, create a buzz that will help the overall brand of Maris B expand into unexplored territories. Beauty is skin deep, but you have to get past the surface first!
