Growing up it has always been a lifelong dream to become one of the great artists in the world. Ever since I was three years old I’ve been drawing. One of my favorite characters to draw was the Ninja Turtles. Although, it was just a stick figured character, I somehow understood the skeletal form of the human body. It wasn’t till later in my childhood that I knew I was destined to be an artist and create beautiful works of art.

My artwork samples a classic art form with a modern graffiti influence. Growing up, I always inspired to be equal to such great master painters like, Da Vinci and Van Gogh. Later in my years, as my talent progressed, I came across a movie called,” Exit through the Gift Shop,” a movie based on a movement of graffiti artists making their own statement to the world. The short film got me interested into studying this new art form which later revolutionized my approach of painting. Using the style of the masters and incorporating graffiti, gave me my unique style today. The art work expresses events, which made me who I am. I consider my art work to be journal entries that I express emotionally through my thoughts and beliefs that I share to the world.

I channel my abilities in my studio, where I can release all my negative energy, surrounding myself in a positive atmosphere. A space where it’s possible to be true and reflect on myself in order to create the work I build.

ESCAPE is my portal to a world of freedom, a release. It’s my therapy to rid of all the negativity and trials of my life. ESCAPE is the Pied Piper to those who’s in need of understanding. - ESCAPE
