My name is Matthijs and my fascination for photography started when I went digital about 7 years ago. About 5 years ago I bought my first SLR and became member of 'Fotoclub Sliedrecht'. At this club a workshop portrait and model photography was organized. I took part of it and was hooked to this part of photography immediately. Main reason is the interaction and cooperation for a good photo.

Lucky me, my girlfriend Majella was also infected by my enthusiasm. She is an educated make-up artist (Mieke Petit) but does a different profession. The last 4 years we are teaming up more and more to work out our mostly total different ideas. Normally, after we now what we want to create we make casting call. From now on at MM :)

Also I have my own shoots and team-ups with other photographers to improve skills and exchange knowledge.

Depending the assignment I work on TFCD basis mainly.
