Natural workouts are the key to balanced fitness!

I believe in ORGANIC workouts, i.e. chopping woods, carrying 100lbs tires around and running up the hills with water buckets!

I like acting, especially for action films. That is why I am into fitness and I have always wanted to look like "Rocky Balboa" or Jason Statham, except that I will be an Asian version of them with ripped muscular body.

I enjoy doing stunts too, mainly because I want to feel young and agile!
