Welcome to MM. FYI I run a couple of inexpensive but professional and fully equipped private photo studios here in San Jose. They are in an old historic building downtown. $250 a month gets you a set of keys and 24-hour access. Most members are students or part timers who want to get better at lighting but don't want to buy all their own equipment.
