Hi my name is Kiana and I provide professional make up artistry as a free lance MUAH. I am a licensed Aesthetician in the state of California. I am also a certified make up artist in the cosmetic arts through Image Provocateur & VIP Academy. My love for make up started in high school and after years of having to learn to do my own stage and every day make up ( I've bellydanced professionally for almost 15 yrs) I decided to finally just get certified to do it on others. I love to do make up of any style, genre or era. I offer natural to dramatic make up for any occasion or special event. I love a challenge or new opportunity to try a look you would like to accomplish. I have worked in fashion shows, photoshoots, weddings and down to crazy themed make up for shoots and parties. I also provide hair styling if needed. Hair styling has become my new passion.

I am willing to work with any photographer or model. I am open to any job that provides me the opportunity to show my skills and meet new people in the industry and build up my portfolio. Nothing scares me, so let's do work together! (I am willing to do trade work for (minimum 4) high resolution edited photos (sized to 8x10 for prints) or a disc of all pictures or have them emailed to me. Just tired of not getting pictures promised by flakey people.

I am punctual and professional in my attire, my work, my equipment and with who I work with. I worked as a surgical nurse in the O.R and emergency medicine for 12 years. I work as orderly as possible to make working with me a smooth and easy experience. I properly disinfect and sanitize all my make up and equipment to the highest ability of proper sanitation techinques.

Now I finally have the freedom to do what I love, I am a stay at home mom now full time so I am normally available for shoots any time, all week. Just gotta call the sitter. Thanks for checking out my page. :-)

I have lots of pics in my portfolio unfortunately my scanner is broken so I can't upload any onto my profile since I don't have them in a file on my new laptop. Ugh! I am also still trying to track down of pictures I was promised, I will try to credit all who I have worked with for what I have up. :-) More pictures to come, but these are just some of my favorites for the time being.
