Ive been a creative person since i was old enough to pick up a paint brush!
Since becoming a teenager my creativity progressed into makeup after watching my oldest sister in the industry and becoming obsessed with a book she had by Kevin Aucoin "Making Faces"!
After this i would apply makeup to anyone who would sit still for 5 minutes and progressed through practice and finding inspiration all over.

In the past few years i have worked at MAC and Urban Decay after shadowing Claire (my oldest sister who has worked for most of the big companies! Benefit, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier and Makeup Forever to name a few!) on numerous weddings and fashion shows! I now freelance doing all genre's of makeup aswel as taking part in charity fashion shows and events.

I have also worked for tanning company St Tropez so am experienced in body contouring and highlighting to create effects.

Im currently looking into training in special effects makeup as working in tv and film is where i want to be! Soon will be investing in some body paints to get some practice in that area until i find a good course!

Claire is the creator of Bombshells X and is also available for makeup artistry in Cumbria. Most photos on this MM profile are Laura's work as claire mainly works in events, bridal and makeup lessons more recently!
