About Me

My name is Kristian Cota-Abert. I'm currently am a full time student. I always have enjoyed living an athletic life style. After I stopped playing sports I decided to take-up weight training to achieve my goals of transforming my physique. Due to my competitive nature I decided to compete in the NPC (National Physique Committee) under the Men's Physique category. Currently I am a nationally qualified physique competitor. In my pursuit of enjoying the fitness industry I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach which allows me to help other individuals with their fitness goals. Helping others achieve their goals is one of the most incredible ways, I find, to give back to the community and help in the fight against Obesity. I am currently interested in modeling. I have a positive, outgoing personality and I truly enjoy expressing myself through art.
