I have been doing children's photography for about a year and would love to photograph adults. I am primarily a try anything shooter. I want to try some fantasy dress up, fashion, travel and journalistic type of photography.

I am an outdoor photographer, but would love to learn studio work. I try to use mostly natural light, but do have flash (I don't use large lights, since they get so hot and there's not always a place to plug in at! :P)

I have done mostly children, or children and their parents, and while I find it rewarding, I am really looking to do something a little different. I feel most adults can give me input on what they like and don't like, and we can work out a compromise.

I am trying to build up a portfolio, and am looking for outside the box. I am tired of shooting the same things over and over, although I love my job.

For the photo shoots themselves, I will bring my husband along as an assistant (and as a deterrent for trouble!), so I would, of course, understand if you wouldn't be comfortable with that. I am willing to meet in Kansas City, or Lawrence, or Topeka or points in between. If you have any ideas for the shoot itself, I am more than willing to work with you!

I take my photography very seriously, but I like to think outside of the box, and family portraits are a little repetitious. I am hoping I can find people willing to help me out.
