Bruce Dewey II has been creating high quality portraits since the early 1990's. His work is a story of emotions through strong images of photography. He provokes the viewer with powerful artistic images that will open their minds.
Bruce has been an Atlanta resident for 20 years. He has a BFA from AIU and specializes in fashion photography. He is originally from New Orleans.

On February 21, 2003 Bruce Dewey II debuted his first collection of Passions in Black and White photography at the Moving Spirits Gallery in Inman Park. This collection celebrates the strength and triumphant spirit of African American men in a series of black and white images. Bruce feels compelled to highlight African American men in a positive way in order to tear down negative stereotypes pervasive in today's media.
