I am a self taught photographer -hobbyist. I am a graduate of AB Political Science at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Bachelor of Laws at Saint Mary's University, Bayombong and a graduate of I.Masters in Public Administration. At present, I m an elected legislator of our province and i guess my work as public servant and my passion in photography simply compliment each other.

Being a passionate artist that I am, it becomes a part of my concern to captivate every moment possible and with my heart and soul in it. I love to take photos that would appear as dramatic, full of emotions, magical yet realistic, sharp and brilliant or one which conveys a story, regardless of its kind.
