My name is Marta, I'm an eighteen girl from Bergamo, in Italy. I love cats, cactus and of course photography. Photography it’s a passion that I always had, maybe because I always felt the need to document the beautiful things saw: with images, writings, thoughts. And perhaps I chose photography because it can freeze a precise moment on a piece of paper or a screen, with a crispness that make you relive the emotions of a certain occasion, even after several years.
I remember when my parents given me, at age 12, my first camera; I consumed an entire roll of film in one afternoon. When a family friend gave a few years ago a second-hand Konica Minolta (I had even given a name: Pascal), I not only convert my way of photograph into digital, but it was also a love at first and since that moment I did everything to put away some savings and buy a new and more modern camera: a Nikon.
Taking photographs is not so infrequent since 2008 and I’m completely self-taught, and stubborn: the rest of the idea that as long as I can, I will avoid to take courses of photography or editing. Everything I've learned I have learned from myselft, but it was a struggle. This is what you need to know, my photos will tell you the rest.
