About Me

Hello my name is Jen. I'm a mother of 3 beautiful children. I recently took on a personal challenge to become more fit, atheletic person. I have lost over 40 lbs in the past year and have become a personal trainer. I currently training for competitions in Figure. I recently just took 6th place at one of the largest competitions in Texas. My husband of 11 years has been very supportive of this new life style.
