I'm a 24 year old licensed hair stylist and salon owner. I opened my salon WILDSTYLE BEAUTY salon a year and a half ago in Savannah Ga.. it has done very well but because my husband is in the military we have moved to Alaska leaving me to have the salon managed by my close friend and co-woker. however hair and makeup is what I do so wish to take this time away from home to grow in my craft. I LOVE all things glamour. I have some experience in print work and wedding parties. Now that I have moved to a new city I wish to try my hand in freelance makeup and hair styling. I was told that model mayhem was a good way to get started. I am very driven and hard working. I really wish to be successful in this business and I am ready to pay my do's when it comes to freelancing. I am willing to work time for print to build my portfolio also depending on the assignment I will work for exposure. I am also looking for a mentor someone that is very experienced in freelaning looking for good help and is willing to teach. I am open to any tips that other freelance artist my have to help me grow.
