My name is Julie Krizan, and I am a digital artist. I am currently enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design and am majoring in Visual Effects with a strong emphasis on matte painting and environments.

Aside from VFX and CGI work, I create digital mixed media pieces using a combination of photographs, 3D renders, and digital painting. Most of my work incorporates elements of surrealism, though I very rarely step into the realm of true abstract art.

I have seven and a half years of experience in digital art.

I use the following software and tools:

- Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended

- Autodesk Maya 2013

- Autodesk Mudbox 2013

- E-on Vue 11 xStream

- Wacom Intuos3 (though I plan on upgrading to an Intuos5 in the near future)

- Canon Eos Rebel T2i

I am available for commercial projects, such as album covers and professional photo retouching. Rates depend on the complexity and scale of work.

If you are a model who would like me to retouch/manipulate a piece of your work for your portfolio, I am willing to work with you for free on the condition that I receive credit for my work and may add the finished piece to my own portfolio (of course crediting you as the model).

PLEASE NOTE: If I turn down your project, please don't be offended or think that I dislike your work. 99 percent of the time, I will turn an offer down for one of two reasons:

- I do not have the time and/or resources at the current moment to devote to a project. This may be because of personal reasons, or I may simply have a full plate.

- I do not think that our styles would work well together. For example, if you wanted me to manipulate your pinup photo, while keeping it a pinup, I would refuse. I may love the photo and it may be a technically perfect shot that Vogue would beg to have on its cover, but pinups don't fit with my vision for my manipulations (surrealism with dark elements). However, I would be very happy to retouch it.

I will work with fetish/nude images, but on a case-by-case basis. Please note that I will not work on overtly sexual images.
